- About the roleWe are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Southland team based in Invercargill.
What this really means is that you'll be responsible for leading and managing teams of front-line service delivery staff including Delivery Agents, Couriers and our Rural Delivery Contractors.
This is a challenging and exciting role, no two days are ever the same, and you'll be involved in any or all of these things, fromRegular check-ins with your team (including Satellite sites)Managing team performance and site safetyBuilding internal culture and relationshipsUsing your super IT and Excel skills to provide reporting / analysisManaging rosters and budgetsRecruiting and onboardingBeing a key point of contact for our customers and dealing with any escalations

- Invercargill, this role operates Monday to Friday ideally from 7am to 3.30 pm, however this role needs someone a who is flexible to work a combination of hours including early mornings or late afternoons and an occasional Saturday as the role requires this to ensure visibility across your teams and their shifts.

- About youYou'll be an experienced, hands on people leader with proven experience in developing positive teams, along with the ability to multitask and keep many balls in the air all at once.
- you'll be comfortable using MS Office including Outlook, Teams and Excel in particular Experience of managing relationships within a contractor environment will stand you in good stead.
