**What the Role Looks Like:**

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic drivers to join our dedicated team working with *Mataura Valley Milk (MVM)*. Based in Gore, this is your chance to be at the forefront – greeting farmers at the gate, ensuring every collection is smooth, safe, and delivering top-quality service and compliance at all times.

In addition to farm collections, this role includes a *line-haul cream run* from **Gore to Clandeboye**, a round-trip completed within the day.

From gravel tracks to rural roads, your driving expertise will ensure we deliver excellence every time. Your attention to safety, vehicle maintenance, and efficient operation will reflect the high standards our loyal customers and suppliers expect.

**Work Pattern:**

A mixture of the following type of positions:

Full-time, *permanent* roles with a rotating 3/3/3 roster:

• **3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off**
• Average shift: 10–12 hours

• “As and when required” basis
• Average shift: 10-12 hours

• **Class 5 Licence** (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience.
• Confidence navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain.
• Day and night shift experience – you’re flexible and reliable.
• A knack for learning new technology – show us your adaptability!
• A passion for teamwork and customer service – we want to hear about your favourite moments!
