Key Responsibilities for cook.

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in the creation of new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Collaborate with kitchen and FOH staff to manage food inventory and ordering supplies.

Maintain a positive and efficient work environment under pressure during busy periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of food safety and best practices.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Passion for cooking and creativity in food preparation.
Flexibility to work on weekends. · Good communication skills/time management skills ·
Good personal hygiene ·
You must be reliable and physically fit. Work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment.

To be eligible for role: At least 1 year work experience as a Cook or atleast level 3 qualification Accredited Employer.
