Duty Manager

Butlers Reef is an iconic location in Taranaki and we are looking for a Duty Manager to join our already fantastic team. If you are a person who can lead a team and can help us deliver outstanding customer service for our guests then we would love to hear from you.

• Current LCQ qualification and Duty Manager license
• Has had experience in leading a team
• Track record of outstanding customer service

• A person which a positive attitude who can ensure that our customers have a top quality experience within this iconic venue.
• Someone who can work well in a team and has great communication skills.
• Is able to problem solve.
• Honest and hardworking.
• The successful candidate will show initiative and be willing to learn.
• Must be available for weekend work.

• Lead our FOH team to ensure that all staff members are able to succeed in their roles.
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of our license are meet so that patrons and staff have a positive and safe experience
• Help to manage all events, both in-house and out-of-house ensuring delivery exceeds expectations
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail – ensure memorable guest experiences
• Represents the company and brand in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner in all client, customer, and employee interactions both on-site and off-site.
