You will be responsible for managing complexprogrammes that drive better outcomes for patients, whānau, and staff byenhancing hospital flow, ensuring effective transitions and supporting localand national health priorities. Working collaboratively with clinicians, operationalleaders, and service managers, you will champion continuous improvement, changemanagement, and data-informed decision making.
This role is pivotal in buildingimprovement capability across teams and fostering a culture of innovation andexcellence.About the ServiceThe Improvement Lead will play a key role in supporting ourvision for a connected, equitable, and high-performing health system.
