Youll play a key role in developing the nursing workforce, supporting staff capability, and promoting evidence-based practice to enhance patience outcomes. Working closely with clinical leaders, youll drive innovation, quality improvement, and a strong culture of learning.

Situated on the Whangārei Hospital campus, our multidisciplinary team work closely together to create a supportive and recovery focussed environment for our whaiora. We are also committed to quality improvement, staff wellbeing and working collaboratively across services.For more information on living and working in Northland click hereAbout youThe successful applicant will have:Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current practicing certificateA relevant postgraduate diplomaPDRP at designated senior nursing levelAt least 3 years experience in mental health and addictions nursing, ideally with clinical teaching or mentoring experienceWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
