We’re looking for a part-time Administration Superstar to join our friendly, hardworking team. This is a flexible, mostly work-from-home role perfect for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident with numbers.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle invoicing, payroll, and GST returns
• Maintain accurate records in Xero and Fergus
• Provide general administration support to the team
• Assist with other office tasks as required to keep things running smoothly

• Proven experience in administration or bookkeeping
• Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential) and Fergus (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and communicate clearly with our team
• A friendly, professional attitude and a can-do approach

• Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle – this could be a few hours each day Monday to Friday or more hours a day over 2-3 days a week
• Work-from-home freedom (with occasional team meetups a couple of time each week at the office based at Kaitkati)
