Support Worker - Otaki

We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work across our Community Services. We are looking for a permanent, part-time Support Worker in Otaki.
What does a Support Worker do? - He aha te mahi a te Kaimahi Tautoko?
As part of a dedicated team, you'll support clients to live independently in their homes and communities. You'll help them achieve their goals and reach their potential through practical and emotional support, following a personalised care plan.
This includes the following:
- Meal preparation
- Medication supervision
- Community outings
- Personal cares (e.g. showering, toileting)
- Home management (e.g. cleaning, organising)
- Earn competitive pay rates between $23.38 up to $29.10 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Flexible shifts available between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Earn while you learn with free training towards NZQA Health and Wellbeing
- Career pathways within a large and diverse organisation

- Previous caregiving experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Healthcare qualifications are a plus
- A full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport are required for most roles
