This role will include:

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and tender submissions for upcoming projects.
• Track project costs, materials, and labour to ensure budget compliance.
• Administer contracts, manage variations, and resolve disputes.
• Process payroll, GST, PAYE, and other financial transactions using Xero.
• Lodge monthly project claims and prepare final accounts.
• Review and approve supplier and contractor invoices.
• Monitor cashflow, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify and mitigate financial and health & safety risks.
• Support general admin tasks, including updating the company website.

Our newest team member must have:

• a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of residential and commercial

• 3 plus years experience in construction project finance
• A relevant accountancy qualification
• Strong working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to interpret contracts and manage financial documentation
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Have a great work ethic and attitude
• Be able to work unsupervised and direct other team members
• Be diligent, conscientious and focused on detail

Salary is between $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
