Experienced Customer Service – Rotorua (Full-Time)
BNC International Limited is a well-established tourism manufacturing and retail company serving overseas visitors to New Zealand. We operate multiple manufacturing and retail outlets in Rotorua and Auckland.
We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Customer Service Person to join our Rotorua team.You’ll help deliver great service to our overseas customers and represent our quality NZ-made products.
If you can speak Mandarin Chinese, that would be a big plus as many of our visitors are from China.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe customers warmly and efficiently.
Assist with sales, merchandising, and telemarketing.
Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment.
Help with stock management and general store duties.
Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions.
About the RoleFull-time: Minimum 30 hours per week
Flexibility: Weekend and additional hours may be required
Location: Rotorua
About YouExperience in retail or customer service
Reliable, motivated, and friendly
Able to work independently
Respectful of different cultures
Physically fit for light lifting
Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
EligibilityApplicants must hold a valid visa to work in New Zealand.
