This role will see you providing operational management, and day-to-day clinical leadership across the ward.Reporting to the Charge Nurse Manager, and strongly supported by a tight knit team, you'll foster a culture within the unit that continues to strive for excellence in clinical services and focuses on patient centred care.
Key accountabilities of this role include strategic leadership, staff education, development and recruitment, financial management, production planning, report writing and quality & risk management.Operationally, you will turn your hand to supervision, mentoring, and developing relationships through close liaison with other services, both internal and external.About the Team/Service/LocationHealth New Zealand- Te Whatu Ora
