  • About the roleJoin a dynamic engineering environment supporting teaching, research, and industry-focused projects through hands-on technical expertise.As a Technical Officer in Mechanical Engineering, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support across teaching programmes, research initiatives, and commercial activities.

Working closely with academic staff, students, and industry partners, you will contribute to design, prototyping, manufacturing, and laboratory operations.You'll be involved in everything from CAD design and 3D printing to laboratory supervision, equipment maintenance, and health and safety.

This is a varied, practical role where your technical skills directly support the development of future engineers and innovative research outcomes.Salary will be in the range of $73,235 to $87,024 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
