  • About the roleIn this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the wellbeing of our student community.
Working under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll carry out a variety of administrative and clinical duties that keep our service running smoothly and ensure students receive timely, high-quality care.You'll work closely with our healthcare team, assisting with assessments, providing health promotion support, and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for every student who walks through our doors.As one of the first points of contact, you'll deliver warm, professional customer service

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) on a fixed-term basis, ideally starting in February 2026 and continuing through to December 2026 to cover parental leave.

  • Who are you?You're a compassionate, organised individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting student wellbeing.
You're confident working both independently and as part of a busy, multidisciplinary team, and you bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to everything you do.
You have a good general education (NCEA Level 2 or equivalent), are comfortable using Microsoft Office, and are willing to learn new systems and skills
  • phlebotomy included.

Experience in primary care, general practice, or community health is an advantage, as are First Aid, CPR, or other relevant health qualifications.You work well with young people, value cultural awareness, and can relate to students from diverse backgrounds with sensitivity and respect.

You stay organised under pressure, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a collaborative, flexible, and inclusive team culture.
