Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.Some PLC Knowledge is advantageous.
Knowledge of VSD's and instrumentation.
Capable of building a control panel and upholding our company standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Read and interpret wiring and control diagrams.
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Perform preventative maintenance and regular inspections.
Proactive at work generation when liaising with customers.
Comfortable working in breakdown situations and reporting downtime timeframes to the correct line managers.
Willing and able to complete timesheets daily using app based software.
Qualifications:
Registered Electrician with relevant qualifications and experience.Minimum of 1 years experience in an industrial setting.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and industrial control systems.
Ability to read and understand wiring schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Valid driver’s license.
