About the RoleJoin a fastpaced, peoplefocused team where your recruitment expertise will help shape talent strategies across a complex and evolving organisation. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will provide strategic and operational recruitment guidance, advice, and support to people leaders, delivering candidatecentric recruitment services that ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Youll work alongside six experienced colleagues, each managing their own portfolio aligned by workforce, while partnering with hiring managers to deliver highquality recruitment support.

If you are resilient, futurefocused, and eager to help shape an organisational culture that promotes innovation, inclusivity, and excellence, and have a passion for contributing to initiatives that improve the healthcare system, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer processes.Provide strategic and operational recruitment advice, aligned with workforce planning and organisational needs.Coach and support hiring managers on bestpractice recruitment, including diversity, equity, and health equity considerations.Deliver excellent candidate care throughout the process, including relocation support and onboarding.Maintain accurate records and reporting in recruitment systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Support immigrationrelated processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies and documentation.

About HamiltonWaikato Hospital is a major regional hospital in Hamilton and is a leading tertiary teaching hospital located in Hamilton, New Zealand, serving as the regional hub for the Midland area, which includes the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, Tairawhiti, and Taranaki districts.
With around 722 inpatient beds, 22 operating theatres, and a dedicated outpatient clinic and procedure centre, Waikato Hospital provides comprehensive hospital services, including radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy. About youProven experience managing the recruitment lifecycle, ideally in a complex or highvolume environment.Strong relationshipbuilding and coaching skills, with the ability to support and guide hiring managers.Commitment to delivering a highquality, candidatecentric experience across all stages of recruitment.Sound understanding of bestpractice recruitment, including diversity, equity, and health equity principles.Excellent communication, judgement, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.Ability to manage competing priorities with resilience and adaptability, particularly during organisational change.
