About the Role As a Fitter/Turner, you’ll be involved in a variety of engineering and mechanical tasks, including:

• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Assembling and fitting fabricated metal parts and machinery
• Operating machining tools to cut, shape, and form metal
• Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs
• Installing and commissioning machinery on-site

• Rotational shifts: 4 on / 3 off
• 12-hour shifts: Flexibility required to work day and night shifts as part of the rotation

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking reliable, skilled tradespeople with:

• 3+ years' experience as a Fitter/Turner
• A trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Own tools and reliable transport
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

• Competitive pay: $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
• Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed
