Class 2 Furniture Delivery Truck Driver – Fixed Term (1 Month)

We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our team for a fixed-term contract delivering furniture to customers. The role involves heavy lifting and working as part of a two-person team, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.

• Requirements:
• Valid Class 2 Truck licence
• Ability to assist with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
• Good customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Available to start immediately
• Key Duties:
• Drive a Class 2 vehicle to deliver furniture to customer locations
• Assist with loading and unloading furniture
• Carry out heavy lifting and help position furniture in customer homes
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of all goods
• Complete paperwork or delivery records as required
• Work as part of a delivery team to ensure efficient service
• Follow all road safety and company procedures
• Work Type:
• Fixed term – approx. 1 month, with the possibility of extension
