Operator/Labourer

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Machine Operator** to join our team. This is a hands-on role that does not require formal qualifications, but it does require commitment, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Minimum requirement of a Full Class 1 Drivers license is essential.

• Full NZ Class 1 Driver's Licence (essential)
• Physically fit - labouring is part of the role
• Tech savvy and confident with operating machinery
• Flexible to work **days, nights, weekends, and some public holidays**
• Able to commit to an **8-day rotating roster**:
• 2 Day shifts (12 hours each)
• 2 Night shifts (12 hours each)
• 4 days off
• Forestry or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential

• Full training provided - no qualifications required
• A structured roster with plenty of days off
