Key Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for customers exploring building options
- Guide clients through the design and build process for homes, sleepouts, and garages
- Manage a growing sales pipeline, following up on leads and ensuring strong relationships
- Provide accurate quotes based on customer needs and site specifics
- Collaborate with the team to ensure plans, consents, and documentation are spot-on
- Deliver a seamless, professional experience that turns first-time customers into lifelong clients
- Go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish
- Results-driven mindset – You’re motivated by goals and love smashing them
- Proven sales experience with a focus on relationship-building
- Customer-first mentality with excellent communication, negotiation, and pricing skills
- Self-driven & professional – You work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple deals simultaneously
- Building or construction knowledge is a plus (but not required)
