THE GIG:
Our client is a global leader in integrated facilities management and project delivery services. Supporting clients across a variety of sectors, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Their Dunedin based team are currently looking for an Experienced Painting Foreman to join their ranks. This role will combines hands-on expertise with team leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include planning work, managing materials and equipment, coordinating with clients and supervisors, conducting safety meetings, and mentoring team members. A strong background in the painting trade, leadership abilities, and knowledge of safety regulations are essential for this role.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A trade qualification in Painting and Decorating (NZ Certificate or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of painting experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Knowledge of modern coating systems and surface preparation methods
- Full New Zealand Driver's Licence
- Have full working rights to work in New Zealand (No sponsorship available)
