Duty Manager - Thames

Stoked Restaurant requires two Restaurant Managers. A minimum of 3 years Hospitality experience is required or a Certificate in hospitality or tourism management. Further training will be provided. This role has a beginning rate of $30 - $35 per hour.

Supervise & Train Staff
Stock orders
Stock takes
Creating work schedules
Interacting with customers to enhance their dining experiences
Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
Handle customer feedback & complaints
Deliver Food and Drinks to Customers
Meet and greet customers.
Take payments / Cash handling.
Stock rotation.
Assist with training of unexperienced new staff.

Your role will be: FOH staff. Duty Manager Certificate Preferred.
