About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our asphalt paving crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating compaction rollers to achieve smooth, consistent, and well-compacted asphalt surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Operate asphalt rollers safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with paving crew to achieve proper density and finish.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow site safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist the crew with general duties as required.
- Proven experience operating rollers on asphalt paving projects.
- Knowledge of paving and compaction techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
- Full Class 1 & 2 Drivers Licence
- WTR Endorsement - essential
