We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse who has a passion for working with women, babies and their whanau.This is a fixed term position based on the Maternity Ward, where there is the opportunity to orientate to, and work in, other areas of Womens Health.You will collaborate with a highly skilled team, including Registered Nurses, Registered Midwives, Lactation Consultants, Health Care Assistants, Clerical staff, the medical team, allied health and other services. Comprehensive orientation and professional development opportunities will prepare you to deliver exceptional care in this essential service.

About the TeamWard E2 is the Maternity Ward caring for both antenatal and postnatal women and their pēpi who require secondary or tertiary level maternity care. We are part of the Womens Health Service which includes Delivery Suite, Womens Assessment Unit, E1A Gynaecology Ward, E1B Induction of Labour/Antenatal Ward, and Womens Health Clinics.While this is a challenging environment, it is equally very rewarding and you will be part of a dedicated and supportive team.
