We’re a friendly and close-knit boating club in Foxton Beach looking for an Assistant Club Manager who’s all about getting stuck in and helping out where needed. If you're someone who thrives in a small team, loves to lead by example, and doesn’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves, we want to hear from you!
You’ll be hands-on with everything from managing the restaurant, bar, and kitchen, to making sure our members and guests have an amazing experience. You’ll also support the Club Manager with events, stocktakes, and anything else that pops up.Part of the role requires you to be Duty Manager so you will need previous experience in this role and will hold a current Duty Manager certificate.
As the club is growing you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the club’s future and expanding the number and type of events and functions that we run.
We’re looking for someone who’ll be in it for the long run – someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to help the club grow.

This role is permanent part-time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week including 3 nights per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday).
