Chef de parties/ Pizza Chef

• This is a permanent position with a pay rate of $30 p/H
• Work from afternoons and evenings ( Tuesday - Saturday )
• 30 hours per week
• As a Chef de Partie/ Pizza Chef you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, including baking and making Pizza, as well as handling à la carte cooking ensuring everything is fresh and beautifully presented. You will oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensure high standards, maintain a clean and organised work environment, and uphold all health and safety regulations.
• The position requires weekend work and availability during school holidays, with flexibility to be discussed.
• Remuneration to be discussed during the interview process.

• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably as a Chef de Partie/ Pizza chef in a restaurant
• A genuine passion for food and high standards of presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and add to our positive team culture
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and stock control
• A flair for fresh thinking and a drive to keep the menu exciting
