Bar & Restaurant Duty Manager
We are looking for a energetic Duty Manager to join the team, train and climb the ranks. It's a busy family friendly, Pub / Restaurant that caters for local residents & surrounding businesses.
You'll need to have experience in this type of environment & bring a positive attitude to work. Our Duty Managers manage each shift with different teams of people, each day is never the same! We have a busy dining trade, a bustling pub area & we cater for function groups of every size.
Here's what you need...- At least 2 years experience in Hospo.
- A current Managers Certificate or at least an LCQ certificate.
- Good energy & be well presented.
- Very good communication & leadership skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- High standards & an eye for detail.
This is a full time role & requires flexibility to work a mix of days, nights & weekends.
