• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Food & Beverage industry
• Strong multitasking and delegation skills, remaining calm and composed under pressure

• Prepare dishes using a variety of methods such as grilling, frying, baking, and more, while maintaining correct temperatures and culinary techniques.
• Season dishes with the appropriate herbs and spices to bring out the best in every plate.
• Portion and present dishes attractively, adding garnishes and maintaining a high visual standard.
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene practices, including proper storage and cleanliness across all kitchen areas.
• Follow established recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Contribute to menu planning, forecasting ingredient needs, and supporting the training of junior kitchen staff
• Assist in developing new, seasonal menus
• Daily ordering
• Monthly stocktakes
• Minimum 35 hour contract
