Traffic Management workers
Seeking Traffic Management Staff (Experience Preferred)
**The Role**
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Traffic Management team. You’ll play a key role in running TTM crews and ensuring safety on roadwork sites across the region. This role offers great variety, including:
- Managing safety on urban upgrade projects or rural road networks
- Working on busy State Highways or supporting local events
- Collaborating with key clients and stakeholders
This is a full-time, permanent position (also, we are open to those who only seek Casual Employment).
Traffic management is a 24/7 industry, availability for rostered weekend and night work is essential and enjoy working in outdoor environments.
**What We’re Looking For**
We welcome applicants with experience in the industry, but also encourage those with transferable skills from similar sectors, such as:
- Public-facing roles (conflict resolution, customer service, etc.)
- Safety-focused or high-compliance industries
- Logistics, roading, or transport-related backgrounds
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A methodical approach to paperwork and safety documentation
- Ability to identify and respond to risks in dynamic environments
- A Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence
