Deli 2IC
We are searching for an excellent candidate to join our Deli team, as the Deli 2IC. Experience required in FMCG
We are searching for a candidate to fill the following Sunday to Thursday 2 x early starts 3 x late finish. 42.5 hours per week.
Ideally you will have a passion for fresh food and fantastic customer service, be able to fit in with the team and turn up to work with a smile and positive attitude, we are looking for reliability and to be able to step up when things go wrong.
As the Deli 2IC, your responsibility will be to report to the Service Deli Manager and is accountable for assisting the service deli manager to:
Your day to day will be:- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing Ordering / Stocktaking / Shrinkage
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Directing and supervising the team
- Rostering
- Ensuring that the Deli serve over is well stocked and that appearance standards are upheld
- Ensuring the correct prices, dates, and standards are upheld while packaging and labelling products
- Undertaking appropriate Delicatessen food preparation specific tasks (Full training provided)
- Cleaning at the end of the day in accordance with our food safety control plan

- Happiness with team and our customers
- Ensure that all relevant Food Safety standards are always followed
- Physically Fit and high level of personal presentation
- High integrity, reliability, honesty and self-motivation
- Good Understanding of English and ability to communicate fluently in English
