BestStart is seeking Reliever Caregivers to join our team in Ashburton! Our relievers play a vital role in supporting our centres, creating a nurturing environment for Tamariki to learn and grow. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE), whether you're exploring a career in the field or simply love working with children.

Our centre, BestStart Allenton, is situated in the welcoming Allenton community, providing a supportive environment for both staff and families.

As a Reliever Caregiver, you will:

  • Work alongside permanent staff to support the daily activities of the classroom.
  • Provide care, guidance, and engagement for our Tamariki.
  • Take initiative and contribute to a positive learning environment.
  • Enjoy variety—no two days are the same.
