Forestry Roading Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Earthmoving Operators to join our dynamic team working within our Forestry Roading Crew on SH5 Napier. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for operating heavy machinery, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you!

• Operate earthmoving equipment including excavators, bulldozers, graders, and loaders.
• Perform General Earthworks, building forestry roads.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew.

• Proven experience operating earthmoving machinery
• Valid NZ driver’s license (WTR endorsements preferred)
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices
• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
