The Opportunity

We are looking for two Workshop Heroes to join our Cambridge team.

We are specifically looking for people with solid hands-on workshop experience who want to take the next step in responsibility, capability, and influence.

You will work within our workshop team, and play a meaningful role in shaping how the workshop operates as the business grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day work will span hands-on manufacturing as well as quality responsibility:

  • Assembly of Fiasco road cases, slam racks, and custom inserts
  • Confident use of woodworking and assembly tools including drilling, riveting, cutting, and precise measuring
  • Sanding, finishing, and preparation of desk and case components to a high standard
  • Quality control with a strong eye for fit, finish, and repeatability
  • Packing and preparation of finished products for domestic and international shipment
  • Assisting with container unloads from overseas suppliers and loading outbound containers for our US warehouse
  • Supporting efficient workshop flow, cleanliness, and safe work practices

Working collaboratively with the wider workshop team to hit production targets without compromising quality

As you grow in the role, this will naturally extend into helping guide less experienced team members and contributing to improvements in how we build.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for people who already bring capability, not just potential.

You will ideally have:

  • Background in a workshop, manufacturing, or trade-adjacent environment
  • Reliable and confident using hand and power tools in a production setting
  • Initiative to work independently, problem-solve, and self-manage when required
  • Neat, consistent workmanship with strong attention to detail
  • Grounded and calm under time pressure, with a reliable approach to work
  • Craftsmanship mindset, with pride in building things properly
  • Active interest in the Fiasco brand and the people who use our products
  • Keen team player who contributes positively to a tight-knit workshop culture
  • Equipped with reliable transport to our Cambridge workshop and able to safely lift up to 20kg
As part of your application, please complete this short questionnaire.
