Casual Patrol Officer - Timaru/Ashburton
About the role:
We have a casual opportunity to join our Timaru/Ashburton team as a Security Patrol Officer. As a Patrols Officer you will drive an assigned route checking client properties or staff to ensure their security and safety. You will attend alarm response calls or support other officers on longer routes.All of our vehicles are fitted with GPS and cameras for our staff safety.
About the role:
- Full and ongoing training provided
- Roster to provide plenty of balance
- Supportive team environment
- Pay rate of $23.50 per hour
- 24/7 Welfare Team support ensuring the safety of our officers on shift.
- Excellent people and listening skills and the ability to build relationships
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet quickly in challenging environments
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle stress and pressure
- A current full NZ Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
- A current Certificate of Approval (CoA) or the ability to obtain one
