About the Role
As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Manage enquiries and provide accurate information
- Process admissions, discharges, and transfers in the Patient Management System
- Coordinate orderly dispatch and retrieve clinical files after hours
- Handle cash transactions and daily reconciliations
- Support wards and departments with administrative tasks
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

About you
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Competence with computer systems and data entry
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of bicultural issues and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
- High level of professionalism and integrity
Desirable: Knowledge of health systems and touch typing skills.
