Gazley Motor Group is one of Wellington region's leading dealership groups, committed to delivering excellence and building lasting relationships with our clients. We are now seeking an experienced Senior Technician to join our dedicated service team.

The Role

As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for advanced vehicle diagnostics, complex repairs, and guiding the workshop team with technical expertise. You’ll be the point of reference for resolving challenging faults, supporting junior technicians, and ensuring all work meets manufacturer and Gazley standards.

Experience with one (or more) of our franchise brands is highly regarded, though strong experience across other brands will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out advanced diagnostics and complex repairs across multiple makes and models.
Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standard.

Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve performance and quality targets.

About You

Qualified Automotive Technician with relevant certifications.
Minimum 5 years experience.
Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving ability.
Proven experience in complex fault-finding and repair at main franchise dealer.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to support colleagues.

High attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality workmanship.
