Our large and leading commercial property company is looking for a Finance Manager to lead a small finance team whilst managing the delivery of quality financial reporting and analysis for a diverse portfolio.
The role has dual responsibility for providing accurate reporting whilst building strong business partnerships with key relationships across the business and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance business partner with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Reviewing and managing the monthly management reporting.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage the cashflow management requirements.
- Assist with the production of annual financial statements compliant with all relevant IFRS standards.
- Assist in providing relevant/requested information to Auditors.
- Train, mentor and coach finance team members, ensuring they have career development plans in place.
We are looking for a CA qualified accountant who will lead and manage a small finance team, ensuring they have regular feedback on their performance. You will be detail orientated, highly organised and experienced in financial accounting at a senior level.
