Sandfords is a privately owned and operated Family orientated company providing Livestock transport throughout Taranaki and the wider North Island.

We have a full time/permanent position available for an Accounts administrator in our busy Hawera office.

This is a fast paced, challenging role that will suit someone who can multi-task with exceptional organisational ability.

The successful applicant must be:
  • Reliable with a good a work ethic and be a team player
  • Proficient with a strong attention for detail
  • A data entry whiz
  • Computer savvy with Microsoft Office and Xero accounting software
  • Committed to Health and Safety and Quality principles
Duties will include:
  • Administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) collating data, processing of work completed and reconciliations.
  • Customer Service
  • Liaising internally and externally with customers and management
  • Updating and maintaining databases and systems
  • Generating & Preparing Invoices
  • Generating & Preparing Reports
  • Supporting Dispatch as required
