Ward 6C is a 12-bed acute assessment and treatment unit for people aged over 65 years with an array of mental health (along with some physical health) needs.This role has been created to assist with the growing demand in patient referrals for assessment and treatment services.
It is pivotal to the effective functioning of the wider Mental Health Service for Older People team, through provision of a systematic and organised approach to triaging patient referrals.Shifts for this role are Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster:Mornings- 7am to 3.30pmAfternoons
- 2.30pm to 11pmNights
