This includes responding to enquiries, ensuring that relevant clinical information is filed accurately and patient records are readily locatable for on-going clinical care.About the TeamAs part of the Clinical Quality, Governance, Risk and Compliance Service, our Clinical Records team provide a vital support function, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to provide the best care possible.
