NZ HVAC Supplies – A Well-known family owned business in HVAC Industry currently looking for a storeman/delivery driver for our busy operation in Wellington
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Store person to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing inwards & outwards stock, preparing orders, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. This role suits someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in accuracy, and works well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, check, and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training can be provided)
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Devanning containers safely and efficiently
- Deliver products to customers across the region
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain delivery records
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Follow Health & Safety standards
- Previous warehouse or store person experience is an advantage, but not necessary
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and reliability
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently & in a team
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
