The unit as a whole comprises of 8 intensive care beds and 24 open ward beds.Mental Health Inpatient Units are essentially national resources, but all efforts are made to ensure clients from the West Auckland area that need our services are accommodated at Waiatarau.About youWe are looking for a Registered Nurse with Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit experience.You will require a high level of clinical skill, demonstrate a proactive approach toward seclusion elimination and restraint reduction, enjoy being actively involved in service improvement and have a sense of humour.
