  • in to provide administration support to and work collaboratively within the regional administration team.This is a varied role with a wide range of duties where you will be crossed trained into all areas.
Common duties will include:Provide administration support to a dedicated portfolio by co-ordinating meetings, taking minutes and managing calendars.Covering reception duties, such as managing shared inbox, answering phones, taking messages, electronic filing and greeting visitorsRecord management and ensuring correspondence and other documentation meet Department timelines and standards.Providing additional administrative support to the team and regional officePlay a key role in the management of events, ensuring the region is represented.paced environment, be able to multitask, follow and adhere to strict policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.The work profile for this position is Tuesday-Saturday.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceIf this opportunity excites you, submit an online application to us and outline in your cover letter how your skills and experience meet the below requirements of the role: Proven administration support experience coupled with strong knowledge of administration processes, systems and technology.Sound knowledge of computer software and database systems including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new systems quicklyExcellent customer service skills, a proactive and dedicated team-player who enjoys working closely with othersThe ability to develop, foster and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of peopleResilience when dealing with difficult situations in changing environments and a pragmatic approach to problem solvingThe ability to organise effectively, be adaptable, multi-task and meet deadlinesYou will need a Full New Zealand Driver Licence for this role.Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.
Utu ā-tau | SalaryThe salary range is split across 2 levels from $58,367
  • $62,084 per annum pro rata.
