Chinese Cook

Nautilus Buffet Restaurant and Bar is looking for 2 full-time Chinese Cooks to join their team.

Ideal candidate must have the followings:

• At least 1 year relevant experience or a level 2 or above relevant qualification.
• Must be flexible for work, able to work over the weekends and must cover our required shifts.
• Long-term and full commitments are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of Chinesetakeaway dishes according to established recipes andstandards (e.g., stir-fries, fried rice, chow mein, sweetand sour dishes, curries, etc.).
• Washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods forcooking.
• Operating cooking equipmentgrills,suchasmicrowaves, and deep-fat fryers.
• Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfacesand utensils.
• Ordering and taking delivery of fast-food ingredients.
• May arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages.
