About the role
This part-time role of Customer Service Officer – Supervised Play Area (11.25hrs) is to organise and supervise recreational activities for the children of members at the Westland Recreation Centre (aged between 3 months to 8 years).
In addition, you will maintain high standards of facility presentation & cleanliness in the Supervised Play Area to provide a safe and hygienic environment for the enjoyment of customers.
About you
You will have experience in a childcare environment and enjoy the company of children. You will have the ability to work independently without direct supervision and also within a team environment, with good communication and interpersonal skills.You will be customer orientated and able to multitask.
In addition, you will have:- First Aid Certificate required (or willing to obtain)
- Childcare experience and/or qualification preferred
- A positive attitude
