Your primary duties will include providing excellent customer service in our reception area, and the booking of patients.Daily tasks will include booking patients for appointments, phoning patients, responding to enquires, sending out appointment letters and changing patient appointments at short notice to suit patient and clinical need.
This is a fast-paced environment, and the experienced applicant will thrive in this frontline area of the hospital, demonstrating your ability to prioritise, follow procedures and solve problems accordingly.About the Team/Service/LocationHealth New Zealand- Te Whatu Ora
