ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Civil Operator to join our client in Hastings. In this role, you will operate plant machinery on various construction sites ensuring operations run smoothly and safely. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain diverse experience across a range of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate civil construction plant and machinery safely and efficiently- Assist site teams with daily operational tasks and site preparations- Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations- Collaborate with site management to complete tasks on schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7am – 5pm

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience operating civil construction plant (Must hold W-T-R)- Strong commitment to health and safety standards- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Good communication skills and a proactive approach- Valid licenses or certifications relevant to plant operation
