About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Medical Imaging Technologists (MITs) to join our dedicated team in providing high quality imaging services to the stunning Thames region.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, technically skilled and thrives in a collaborative environment, patient focused environment. As an MIT, you’ll be responsible for delivering diagnostic imaging services- including x-ray, CT scanning and theatre support- with excellence and precision.Our Radiology department operates a 7-day daytime roster, with an overnight on call service.

This roster is shared equally amongst you and your MIT colleagues.Key responsibilities:Patient focused healthcareRadiation safety of staff and patientsWork within the multidisciplinary team to provide diagnostic imaging.Perform a range of imaging from X-ray, CT , mobile and image intensifier equipmentOperate and troubleshoot equipmentParticipate in our after hours on call service.The salary for this position will be based on experience and in line with the Medical Imaging Technologist Collective Agreement.
