What's Involved:

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations — taking charge of excavator work across a variety of key projects. From trenching and drainage to general earthworks, your skills will make a real difference on-site and support the success of our projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating excavators and other plant machinery (loaders, rollers, etc.)
Supporting site crews with day-to-day construction tasks
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
Contributing to key projects and regional development
Taking opportunities for development, including potential leadership growth

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience operating excavators in a civil construction setting
Class 4 licence with W, T, R endorsements (preferred)
Skills in drainage, roading, or general earthworks are a plus
A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
A motivated team player who's reliable and ready to step up
A commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards is essential.
