A bit about the role

We're looking for a Property Manager to join our high-performing Johnsonville based team. As a key contact to our owners and tenants in the Wellington region - you’ll have your own property portfolio to manage from day one and be supported by a welcoming professional team.

This is a role where you will be a valued and supported team member and play a significant part in our teams’ overall success. Property Management is a fast-paced, dynamic role that provides the opportunity to get out and about in Wellington daily, connect with real live humans, and develop your career and networks in the region.

You will:

  • Get involved in and build expertise across all aspects of property management.
  • Be out and about daily, meeting face-to-face with our wonderful clients and contractors.
  • Enjoy variety and autonomy and thrive in helping solve customers’ queries/ issues.
  • Be supported as you build expertise and a dynamic, varied and rewarding career.

As an excellent communicator you will hold warm, engaging interactions and backed with strong administration, customer service, and problem-solving skills you will delight in every interaction as the face of Quinovic.

You will bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administration position/ customer service role
  • Proven administration abilities - great attention to detail, and multi-tasking superpowers
  • Outstanding customer service, problem resolution & people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a warm, engaging personality
  • Honesty, integrity, resilience - and be someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit supportive team.
You will be the creator of your own destiny as your enthusiasm, proactivity and hunger for knowledge will lay the foundations of your property career.
