Trade Assist is looking for an experienced Forklift operator for an ongoing opportunity with a leading food manufacturing company based in Christchurch!

***IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED! ***

The Role:

• Day Shift & Afternoon Shift Available
• $26-$29 Per Hour | Weekly Pay
• Temp to Perm Opportunity
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas as per operational requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including picking, packing, and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

To be successful, you will need to be:

• Valid forklift Operator certification (OSH), F endorsement is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and accuracy
• Physically Fit: Heavy Lifting might be involved
• Flexible to work extra hours when needed
• Have a good work ethic and be able to work well within a team as well as individually
